Our story

We, Jacob and Alexandra Ebsen, both became very interested in coffee and espresso while we worked as baristas in college. That interest, along with the desire to be business owners, bloomed into Simply Coffee. Almost right after we got married, we sparked up a passion to own and manage a coffee shop; we just didn't know how to begin. So, we bought our espresso machine and a cart and got to work. It's still in the beginning stages, but we have been so blessed and are very excited to share our experience with you. I'll spare you all the boring details, but we are so excited to bring another coffee spot to Milbank, SD (and your personal events) and hope you enjoy it as well!
